Repeater Transmitters...

A repeater is a flexible solution for offices and other locations with poor mobile phone coverage. Utilising a simple but well designed repeater system, a reliable signal can be acheived.

It acts in a similar way as a regular mobile phone base station.  It is an effective way to boost handset signal strength without the need for a direct cable connection to the handset.

The donor antenna is fitted outside the building, where some network signal is available.  The repeater unit incorporates the internal coverage antenna.  All connectors are pre-fitted, providing a simple plug and play installation.

This system is finely tuned to work on the same frequency as the network which needs boosting.  Three versions of the repeater are available, to correspond to the different frequency bands used in the UK. The cost for this self-install system is about £550.
