Adapters for USB Dongles...We stock adapters to fit most USB Dongles which are available in the UK. Our adapters are available in two different styles. Some Dongles have a socket on the back or side of the unit which is usually hidden by a plastic or rubber flap. If your modem has a socket then this is the best method of connection as it allows for our antenna system to directly link into the circuitry of the Dongle. If your Dongle does not have a socket then you will be able to use our Velcro Strap Adapter to connect our antenna system to your Dongle. This type of adapter plugs directly into the antenna port on the back or side of the USB Dongle, and provides a cable connection to the antenna. The adapters for Dongles which have antenna port are specific to the make of the device so you need to make sure you buy the correct one for your dongle. Velcro Strap adapters for USB Dongles |

This adapter fits onto the case of the USB dongle and contains a small coil which induces a current through the plastic body, which allows an external antenna to carry its signal to the device to get a better signal. The adapter is held in place by a velcro strap which forms a band around the dongle. By using a velcro band this adapter fits a vast amount of different USB dongles. This adapter must be held over the location of the internal antenna of the device to give the best results. On most dongles this is in the area towards the end of the device.
